Rifle/fowler lock

This fine lock could be American made from as early as the 1770s, maybe before.  No bridle on the pan.

This lock shows characteristics of American made locks of the later 1700s and would be appropriate for rifles, smooth rifles or fowlers of that period.

An alternate, more stylish cock is also available.

Plate measures 5 3/16" X 1" and the throw of the cock is 1 3/8"
