Early French chiseled lock
This fine, carved lock dates from the late 1600s - early 1700s and, due to the fact that is has a fly in the tumbler,
it was probably mounted on a fine, early rifle. The price reflects the challenges in casting this lock.
Plate measures 5 3/8" X 1" and the throw of the cock is 1 5/8"
